Our company mission statement: We care about your safety, your customer satisfaction and your pocket - every time!
Our company policy is to maintain a vehicle properly and/or repair it right the first time.
Our company motto from Paul Wilding, the owner is: "Quitting is not an option - find the solution!"
We don't believe in scare mongering, but we will tell you the truth if your car is unroadworthy - we want to drive on the road knowing that other cars are safe too!
Safety is a priority to us and we stand by all our work. Don't be afraid to ask questions we like to keep our customers fully informed and are happy to explain the why's and wherefore's of cars!
Our level of service and attention to detail is proving to be very popular as it would be - customers know they can bring their car here to get it repaired properly.
Our mechanics Chris Kidd and Bryan Richardson, have a combined total of over 30 years of experience! Like all of us they are meticulous, professional and always friendly and keen to explain problems in ways every customer can understand. This does not mean we up sell or try to scare you into what might need maintaining on your car. A basic service will usually only involve changing the oil, oil and air filters - obviously this does not then mean that your car is running at its best in all areas - there are many perishable parts on a car that need replacing - this is where you can trust us to let you have a time frame on what needs to be spend and when!
Regular maintenance, servicing your car to the manufacturer's specification should ensure your car runs at its most efficient and best.
We prefer to have our customers for the long term - just like a doctor or dentist - you need to know you can trust us and rely on us to do the right work on your car as and when it is required.
Owner Paul Wilding has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years and having lived and worked in Japan and Europe for many of those years has adopted and applied a high standard of expectation and customer service to One Stop Auto Care and One Stop Suzi Shop.
Paul spent the last 8 years travelling the world many times over as the Team Manager for the Suzuki World Rally Team and is building a team capable of reaching his targets of excellent results and professionalism, always with courteous manners to all customers. Owning both the One Stop Auto Care mechanical workshop and One Stop Suzi Shop which specialises in Suzuki's ensures we are the best equipped and experienced company for Suzuki servicing and repairs.
Jacqueline Plaice, the co-owner of both One Stop Auto Care and One Stop Suzi Shop is passionate about good service and honesty. Jacqueline has been a member of Rotary for over 4 years and believes integrity inside and outside of the workplace is paramount to building a long lasting and worthwhile relationship with customers. Living in Australia for the past 11 years and a proud Citizen, Jacqueline has passed on her experiences of being the "female on the other side of the counter" to the staff to ensure every "girl gets her say" and is treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.
